My story

I first came to yoga during a season where I was in deep need of grounding and calm. I needed a way to manage stress and reconnect with myself. From the moment I finished my very first practice, I was hooked. What started as a personal practice quickly became a passion for helping others experience that same sense of healing, balance, and transformation.

Over time, I became deeply drawn not only to the movement aspect of yoga, but also to the deeper practices within it — breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, and the ability to truly slow down and reconnect. I discovered how powerful these practices can be in supporting both physical and mental well-being, and how much they can impact the way we move through everyday life.

Today, it is my mission to create experiences that help people feel restored, supported, and more connected to themselves. Through yoga and stretch therapy, I've had the privilege of seeing clients reduce stress, improve mobility, move with greater ease, and feel more at home in their bodies. Watching these practices positively impact and transform people's lives is the heart behind everything I do.
