What to Expect
Do I need yoga experience?
Not at all. Most of my new clients are complete beginners. Every session starts where you are.
What if I'm not flexible?
Flexibility is what we're building — not a prerequisite. Private sessions are the most efficient way to get there safely.
Can I book for couples or small groups?
Yes! Private sessions can be booked for couples, family and friends, bridal parties, retreats and small groups. Sessions are customized to fit the experience level and goals of your group.
How long is a typical session?
Sessions run 60 minutes. Longer sessions are available on request.
