Which service is right for me?

Many clients aren't sure which service is the best fit, and that's okay. Share your goals, and I'll help determine whether private yoga, assisted stretch therapy, meditation, or a combination of services would best support you.

Do I need yoga experience?

No experience required. Most clients start as complete beginners.

What is assisted stretch therapy?

A hands-on, guided session where I move your body through targeted stretches you can't easily reach alone.

What happens during my first session?

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know your body, your goals, and what feels most supportive for you. I'll guide you every step of the way and adjust the experience as needed so you feel comfortable and confident throughout.

Can I combine services?

Absolutely. Many clients choose to combine private yoga, assisted stretch therapy, and meditation to create a more personalized wellness experience. Together, we'll determine the approach that best supports your goals.

What should I wear?

Whatever you can move comfortably in — leggings, soft pants, a t-shirt. No special gear needed.

What equipment is needed?

Just a small clear space. I bring mats and props for in-home sessions.

How long are sessions?

Most sessions are 60 minutes. Longer formats available on request.

Can sessions be customized?

Always. Every session is built around your body, goals and energy that day.

What is your cancellation policy?

I ask for 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged in full.
