Common Questions
What to Expect
What is assisted stretch therapy?
A guided, hands-on session where I move your body through targeted stretches — releasing tension and restoring mobility you can't always reach on your own.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely. Athletic wear, leggings, joggers, shorts, t-shirts all work well. Please bring or wear clean socks, as they are required for your session.
How is it different from massage?
Massage works on muscle tissue directly. Stretch therapy lengthens tissue and restores joint range. Many clients pair both.
How will I feel after a session?
Many clients leave feeling looser, lighter and more mobile. You may notice improved flexibility, reduced tension, and greater ease of movement in everyday activities.
