Do I need any meditation experience?
Not at all. Many clients are completely new to meditation. Sessions are guided, approachable, and tailored to your experience level, making it easy to get started.
How long are sessions?
Typically 45–60 minutes. Some clients combine meditation with a brief yoga or stretch session.
